Tiny Tigers: (3-5 years)
A fun and exciting introduction to our martial art program. Tigers develop focus, discipline, motor skills, balance and self confidence.

Hap Do Sool: (6-12 years)
A traditional martial arts program which focuses on the personal development of one's mind, body, and spirit. Designed for children ages 6 to 12 years old, teaching them self confidence and self defense. All aspects of empty handed self defense are taught. Learn to protect your life while toning, stretching, and strengthening your body at the same time.

Hap Do Sool: (6 years and up)
A traditional martial arts program which focuses on the personal development of one's mind, body, and spirit. All aspects of empty handed self defense are taught. Learn to protect your life while toning, stretching, and strengthening your body at the same time.

Kickboxing: (12 years and up)
This is a modern, high-intensity program which focuses on self defense and competition. Learn to defend and attack with your hands, feet, knees and elbows. Get a great cardio workout and learn to defend yourself.

Yoga Stretch:
A series of movement and meditations which relax, strengthen, and add flexibility to your body.  Improves health and overall circulation.  Great for stress relief!

Sport Jujitsu:
This is a high intensity program which focuses on consolidating the striking, throwing and grappling ranges of combat. Our Sport Jujitsu students have represented and led Team Canada at the 1998 Sport Jujitsu World Championships to a silver medal in team competition. Our freestyle fighters have captured titles in various reality based mixed martial arts competitions. I.H.A. also manages and promotes fighters.

Ladies Only Hap Do Sool
A self defense program exclusively for ladies only.  Learn to protect yourself and have confidence with the knowledge of self defense.

Execu-Fit
Personalized one-on-one or private group sessions.  For those who prefer individualized attention.  By appointment only.
